Tanks for the memories!
Deployed to the War
at Fort Hood
This is what I did in the Gulf War
And lots of this
Not so much of this
Maybe just a little of this - lol!
This is the first time I realized
- at the not-so-tender age of 28 -
That I can not eat or drink anything I want,
And still get by!
I thought I was heavy - at 136!
Hmmph

ReplyDeleteLove those pictures that say in so many words … stay fit .. keep those carbs and calories down.
ReplyDeleteI especially like the one showing a female body with inscription …Your stomach shouldn’t be a waste basket.
I love that photo of you looking tiny in front of that huge tank!
ReplyDeleteHave you thought about a post comparing diet discipline with army discipline? I'm writing about will power at the moment and I'd love to hear your thoughts.
