For my Cardiac Artery Calcium Scan. 

It checks for plaque and calcium deposits 

In your heart and cardiac arteries. 

We call this “Big Baylor” 

Hospital in Downtown Dallas. 

The CAC is a highly specialized 

CT scan than coordinates 

with your heart beat,

And snaps the pictures 

when the heart is at rest. 

They check for calcium buildup

In the Coronary Arteries. 

The slower your pulse, the better.

Ahhh - an evening out. 

With friends. 

Are we post COVID? 

Nahhhh not fully yet. 

Masks in place and dinner on the patio.

No bun. They sent fries. 

Didn’t eat them.

Up early. But it was worth it. 

Sister Act- The Musical

Is absolutely charming. 

Getting up there!! 

Planes are coming back. 

You can hear them and see the chem trails. 

Ahhh such a beautiful site. 

How urbane of us.  

Back stage was just a loading dock. 

When you ride with the musicians,

You get to see the inside of theater.  

It really was a great show! 

I had such a great time! 

This was the first production they’ve had

In over 2 years! 

So this was a pandemic. 

Not recommended. 

One star. Thumbs down!

I love to get up before anyone else. 

Have some coffee. Pet the cats. 

Always hungry.

Then soon 10,000. 

I got a free comp ticket to 

Sister Act. The Musical. 

That should be fun. 

I took the whole day off

To get ready. 

Try to get some errands done today as well. 

Cleaning and such.
