Since starting LoCarb... so tonight, I did this!

Make a big pot of bone broth (or beef stew)

Every week, now that it is cooler outside...

Broth goes great with pork rinds!

to re-examine that concept....

I have this unshakeable sorrow lately

Might be work related.... might be the elections.

Might be that I am finally coming to terms with the fact

that my body can not eat certain kinds of foods any more - 

No - not even a little bit.... or a little bite - 

Without that puffy water - and weight gain.

When ever I get sick for the past 3 years,

People blame it on Atkins. Got a cold?

I TOLD you so!

Stump my toe? Atkins!

Bad hair day? LoCarb is bad fer ya!

What about the mounds and folds of fat and skin

I carried around for years? They can't wrap their

Gluten eating minds around it.

Everyone was "whooping" and hollering...

and I even got a few sweaty hugs!
