Note the timing of the Egg Drop!
Thanks to Eric - my FB High Fat Friend -
for putting the music to the video!
Hot smile
PS.... don't try this at home....
I am a highly trained professional.

Actually, LOTS of people try this at home.
I have no concern what-so-ever about
Salmonella or anything else from doing this.
Ever have egg nog, home-made ice cream,
an Orange Julius, or cookie dough?
There ya go, then!

roasted veggie time

Walked up on this scared creature...
It hissed at me!
Then it flipped me the bird!

Roasted veggie time again -
No need to worry about heating up the kitchen.
Although, actually, it still gets up to the 80's here.
Nights aren't that bad. Kinda like Autumn!

This hot mess is bacon...
Fried up with butter, and
finished with a splash of Balsamic Vinegar,
And Spice Rub. Half-a-packet of Splenda.

AND a touch of cinnamon!
Garam Masala would have also worked.

It was almost as good as the bacon with BS
(brown sugar)   BUT -
This has WAY less carbs!
It was pretty darn good!

Cooked these little cherry tomatoes to freeze

And the same with these little sweet peppers!

I've really been a cooking fool in the kitchen!
And I even cleaned up after myself.
Yay!

a shopping we will go

Eggs, Buttah, Heavy Whippin' Cream,
Coconut Cream...and a new white shirt.
Pretty typical LC stuff...

And these Bacon Ends.
I love them for rendering out some bacon drippings!

Ack!
Surprising things with gluten!
They add it so the cheese won't stick.
Sometimes they add potato flour.
You can tell there's a white covering.
Better off shredding your own!

Ack Ack!
Things with sugar - or fructose!
They infuse the little fruits so they are tastier.
Adds a ton of carbs! Not exactly carb-friendly.
Better off dehydrating your own!

Pat, my neighbor thinks I should wear a tie.
I dunno. I think she watches way too much Ellen.

More big score at the store!
I found a gift card... cashed it in...
WOW!!! I was glad I didn't just throw it out!
It had value on it still.

Might be good - we'll see!
Tis a wee little baby butternut squash.
Aboot as big as a huge sweet potato.
Or two. Whatever!

My new BFF!
I get the unsalted so I can add my own
Celtic Sea Salt. Which was my new BFF
last week! That's soooooo "last week!"

A teasing rain... just maybe a lil sprinkle!
Hope your  day is super wonderful awesome!
