Some of these funds are like a month old. 

They pay huge dividends! 

A stock like ATT or MO 

pays maybe 7 to 9%

Which is great! 

Many stocks like Exon or Domino’s 

Pay like 1 to 3%. 

They keep the money and the value 

Of the underlying stock goes up. 

The newer companies sell 

Covered Calls options on an ETF

Or single stock. 

And they pay like 30% dividend!

Bitcoin  was more profitable than gold this year. 

Some ETFs have options 

for just one day! 

One Day till Expiration 

Every Month during covid, 

I socked away money in QYLD. 

The pay monthly dividend of about 1%. 

But over a year, it’s like 12%

My goal is to make enough 

In dividends to pay my rent. 

I love investing! 

It’s the perfect distraction
