This poor little hutch 

Some idiot bathed in the sink

And flooded the floor. 

Then he rammed 6 loads of 

Laundry into one load and 

It flooded.  

Then the hot water heater 

Spring a leak 

And flooded. 

Now yesterday - 

a little drip drop 


The scariest sound a homeowner 

Can hear. Drip. Drip. Drip. 

Lazy bones wants the heating pad 

New Walmart freezer bag 

Lucky for me 

They came right out. 

It was a cross threaded or loose 

Connection. They need to do a 

Final Inspection to check for those things.
