I’m not worried about LDL at all.
Nearly a decade on low carb.
And no risk (very low risk)
For ANY cardiac issues.
I even had the CAC this March.
Coronary Artery Calcium Score.
I scored Zero.
Which is perfect.
No plaque at all.
Woke up from a deep sleep last night, thinking I had not done an hA1C. It was perfect! This was toward the end of Ramadan with all those carbs. Probably 50 to 100 a day. Rice mostly.
