I have a friend who doesn't like to cook

And she re-started a diet this week

So I have helped her cook

We went shopping

And cooking

And more cooking

And more

And some eating

And walking

And hiking.... 

She dropped like 6 or 7 pounds this week... 

And I think I did too... 

Amazing what happens when you stick to the rules, eh?
