Moderate MUFA
Higher saturated fat
Limit processed foods
Lower carb for weight loss
Get some walking in!
Maybe lift some weights
Low Fructose
Low PUFA's
And a Salmon in a TREEEEEE!

I have a question about mayo. When you say we should not eat it are you talking only about the commercial stuff we can purchase? If we made our mayo from olive oil, egg yolks and lemon juice would it still be bad? I do put a tablespoon of light mayo in my egg salad but that's about the only time I eat it.
