300 crabs is weight gain
I’m at 100 a day right now 
But they’re high quality
Veggies etc. not junk. 
I’ve often thought that if
people could just a normal diet
NO junk food
They would be ok. 
Just protein and salad 
Or a non-starchy veggie 
Like this. Ditch the noodles
and ate the meat and sauce. 
Which I’m sure has thickener. 
A little salad? 
lol
