I didn’t do a good job
Of building a stronger house. 
This would be like 10,000 steps
Since we worked for 6 hours. 
Cleaning the garage. Has to be done 
At least once a year or more. 
Housie gets up at 3 or 4 am
When I am home trying to sleep. 
On days I work, he sleeps late. 
Mostly. 
I thought giving up carbs
And giving up sloth and obesity. 
Would be enough. 
Also quitting wine. 
Also worked through covid. 
I’ve been busy with this problem
For over 5 months. 
Trips out of town. 
Trips here and there. 
It’s like being a zombie 
Having a problem that affects me
But I can’t solve it. 
Staying in bed, trying not make noise. 
How ironic! 
All these years of being bothered 
At 3 am on my off days. 
I’m ok with it all. 
And still doing Al-Anon meetings 
Like 6 times a day.
