I’ve gone up from around 2 hours
To 5 hours deep sleep a night 
Average. 
This would
Look at me!
Nearly double my steps 
Now that I finally am understanding 
HRV-  I am understanding 
Why I’m so tired the next day. 
And why it’s hard to fast etc
