A little motivation here.
I want to do some hiking 
On vacation. 
And meet up with my Phantom people. 
I have about 4000 steps a day now. 
Back on strict LC Keto. 
Meat Only, OMAD. 
That seems to work best. 
Without the moods of a high carb diet. 
And the hunger. 
And ulcers. Etc.
