500th post and happy birthday

Yay! Welcome to my 500th post!


I took down a couple of posts 
from last year, so it's actually more....

I have been blogging now for a year and a half!

Been on LoCarb for a year and 8 months.

And I have lost many, many pounds.
Plus alot of weight!
More than I first gave myself credit for.

In fact, so much has changed,

my own friends don't recognize me.
I'm not sure I even know myself just yet!

You have been reading me for very long time.

That's many posts, and many, many, many
 comments, and emails. Too numerous to count.
Even phone calls. For hours! And visits to bloggers.
50 videos or so. Me singing. Dancing.
Almost every day I post. Sometimes, more!


I don't really even talk to my friends in "real" life
every day. Sometimes, it is days, or weeks before 
we see each other, and spend time together.


With a few notable exceptions in Blogland.
And that's a different story for a different day.

It is here, I re-affirm my "blogging vows"

From last Christmas Day 

when I started blogging again, after 

my "little break" last Autumn.

With malice toward none, with charity for all, with firmness in the right...

...let us strive on to finish the work we are in... Abraham Lincoln

(but it still applies here!)

I once thought weight loss was like a part-time job,
or position. Now I think my TRUE avocation is not
just weight-loss, but forgiveness.
Everyone, everything, every time.
Starting with me, myself.
