Overnight heart rate never came down. 

So much had changed since COVID. 

You would think people 

Would be glad to open back up. 

I am finding this is not 100 % the case. 
Maybe it’s me. 

I’ve been catching up on some rest! 

Sleeping about 12 to 14 hours a day!
